Welcome to "Pharma Machineries - API, Formulation, Packaging Made Easy", a knowledge sharing endeavor.
Today, Pharmaceutical, Food, Cosmetics and Chemical industries are largely governed by the strict regulation and guidelines. Given this, companies are forced to use approved Or SOP declared set of Process/ Formulation/ Granulation/ Packaging machineries only. However, due to lack of proper knowledge, as well as, lack of adequate exposure sometimes creates major or grave issues.
I have sincerely attempted to cover all the important and undiscussed aspects of the these equipments and machineries. I am sure, it will be a good and healthy food for the brains of many viz. Project Engineers, Production (Manufacturing) and Plant Operations Professionals, Quality (QA/ QC) Professionals, Students (Bachelor Or Maters level) and anybody Or everybody who is interested in learning with me.
Note: Our discussion topics may include equipments like RCVD, VTD, RVPD, ANFD, ATD, STD, RMG, FBD, Autocoater, IBC and IPC Bins, Octagonal Blenders, V Blender, Double Cone Blender, Conical Blender, Multi Mill, Cone Mill, Vibro Sifters, Air Jet Mill, Pressure Vessels, Reactors and Machines viz Tablet Pressing, Blister Packing, Encapsulation Or Capsule Filling Machine, De-Blistering Machine, Tooth Paste and Cream Ointment Manufacturing Plant etc to begin with. Later we will go into the detailing of it along with the detailed design.
